We are now scaling rapidly and are looking for a Director of Operations who thrives in a performance-driven, ownership-focused environment to take charge of our delivery engine and drive client success across the globe.
About the Role
We are engaging with a growing number of global clients to fulfill their talent needs via our platform. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of these requirements, managing relationships with independent experts and sub-vendors, and implementing processes to support scale and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to join a fast-paced, high-impact venture at the ground floor. You will work directly with the founding team and play a key role in defining our operations, delivery practices, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of fully vetted consultants and teams to overseas clients.
- Build and nurture a strong sub-vendor and freelancer network across enterprise technologies.
- Oversee service delivery, monitor KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Develop and optimize scalable operational processes across vendor management, delivery, and customer success.
- Lead a cross-functional team across operations, client success, and vendor management.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement across operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to shape long-term strategy and support business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or client success, ideally within a tech consulting, staffing, or platform-based business.
- Proven experience in vendor development, talent delivery, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on mindset.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI/ML-based platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise tech ecosystems (SAP, Salesforce, AI/Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of managing global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred.

Compensation and Structure

- A decent base salary, enough to provide stability.

- Founder equity/ESOPs available for long-term contributors who demonstrate impact.
