Role Overview

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who lives and breathes crypto culture — someone who understands both creators and traders. You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with influencers, YouTubers, and live traders; planning and executing performance-driven influencer campaigns; and tracking ROI across multiple content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with YouTube creators, Instagram influencers, and live trading communities relevant to crypto and finance.
• Community Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers, streamers, and content creators to form a loyal creator ecosystem.
• Campaign Management: Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefing and content approvals to tracking deliverables and outcomes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign analytics and measure ROAS, engagement, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize influencer spend.
• Negotiations & Budgeting: Secure cost-effective deals while maintaining content quality and alignment with brand goals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on crypto trends, creator economy shifts, and social platform algorithm updates to inform campaign strategy.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, content, and performance marketing teams to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing goals.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or trading-related domains.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and trading ecosystems.
• Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns on YouTube and Instagram with measurable ROI.
• Strong network within the crypto creator community is a major plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
