Senior Fullstack Engineer (Remote - UK)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a high-impact "tiger team" focused on accelerating product development and modernizing platforms. You will work autonomously to redesign and simplify enterprise solutions, implement automation, and leverage advanced AI tooling to boost development velocity. This role provides the opportunity to influence technical direction, upskill development teams, and shape next-generation software development practices. You will be working with a diverse technology stack, primarily C#, SQL Server, and React, while applying your expertise in fullstack development, AI-assisted coding, and modern DevOps processes to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Accountabilities:

• Develop and redevelop enterprise solutions, delivering end-to-end projects with high autonomy
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with existing product teams, upskilling them and handing over maintainable, well-documented solutions
• Contribute to defining next-generation AI-enhanced software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Write automated integration tests and ensure adherence to modern development and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams, bridging technical and business requirements
• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement practical solutions in complex enterprise environments
  
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant fullstack development in C#, SQL Server, and React
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and process automation
• Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies and understand complex enterprise systems
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with teams and brief stakeholders clearly
• Experience writing automated tests, preferably BDD-style, and developing scalable, maintainable code
• Self-motivated problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to work independently or within teams
• Desirable: experience in enterprise Java applications, team leadership, AI solution implementation, and DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
