Purpose of the Position

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role emerges at a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution. Following nearly three decades of history and a recent ownership transition, the organization is now balancing operational stability with technological transformation, consolidating its position as a leading SaaS platform within Brazil’s financial ecosystem. Acting as the integrator between the strategic vision of the CEOs and the execution capabilities of a technology organization spanning engineering, infrastructure, and QA, the mission is to ensure that technology and business advance in lockstep, sustaining consistent growth while maintaining excellence in uptime, delivery, and scalability.

More than a technical leader, the CTO will operate as an Integrator within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, enforcing rhythm, transparency, and accountability across teams. This executive will transform a technically strong but still maturing organization into a disciplined, data-driven, and performance-oriented operation, blending analytical rigor, process management, and a culture of execution in an environment transitioning from founder-led roots toward professional governance. The ideal leader combines technical depth with behavioral maturity, earning the trust of the CEOs and Board through credibility and influence rather than hierarchy. They will guide a complex technology stack, ensuring reliability and compliance in a regulated fintech environment where uptime equals reputation. Equally, this leader will act as a cultural catalyst, fostering engagement, ownership, and process discipline within a Southern Brazilian, engineering-driven culture. Success will be measured by the CTO’s ability to align entrepreneurial ambition with predictable, scalable, and autonomous execution, enabling the company to double in size within the next few years.
