Senior Software Engineer/Staff Software Engineer (Hybrid)

Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne (2 days a week)

Compensation: Up to £70k + Benefits

What You’ll Be Working On

As part of a dynamic, cross-functional team, you’ll work on a sophisticated platform using a modern tech stack:

• Remain hands on with codebase- reviews, pair programming etc.
• Mentor and support Engineers in their Growth and Development
• Collaborate across the cross functional teams
• Help drive best practice and improve performance, reliability, maintenance

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking engineers who are passionate about building robust, scalable systems and thrive in a collaborative environment.

You should have:

• Strong software engineering background in the .NET Ecosystem
• Hands on mindset, you enjoy getting stuck into complex challenges
• Technical Leadership
• Passion for coaching, fostering and mentoring teams
• Understanding of modern engineering practices, tools and system architecture
• Experience with the Cloud, Microservices, highly scaleable and distributed systems with lots of users would be extremely beneficial.
