Junior Analysis Engineer
As a Junior Analysis Engineer, you will support the engineering team in performing structural and mechanical analyses for aerospace applications.
You will develop key competencies in finite element modeling, simulation, and optimization, contributing to the success of innovative space engineering projects.

Your Responsabilities:
- Analyze technical specifications, interface documents, and job descriptions to understand project requirements
- Develop mathematical models and perform structural-mechanical simulations and optimizations using MSC NASTRAN and Altair Hyperworks (OptiStruct)
- Conduct strength analyses for lightweight structures
- Provide predictions and correlations for static and dynamic experiments
- Prepare technical reports and presentations (primarily in English) for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and design reviews, presenting analysis results to clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, tools, and standards within the Stress Office
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor analysis activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Manage budget and timelines for analysis-related tasks
- Provide responses to RIDs (Review Item Dispositions) and other technical review comments
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree (University or ETH) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Initial professional (3 years) experience (or internship) in the aerospace sector or a similar high-tech environment
- Hands-on experience with FE analysis tools such as MSC NASTRAN, Altair Hyperworks/OptiStruct, and/or ABAQUS & NX Siemens
- Strong understanding of static and dynamic analyses as well as vibro-acoustic simulatio
- Experience in Python scripting for FEM process automation
- Knowledge of structures, mechanisms, and solar wing systems
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
