What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with:
- Highly developed leadership skills to manage effective project teams and drive performance for successful program delivery and strategic outcomes.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing innovative, fit-for-purpose procurement technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in best practice program management approaches and frameworks.
- A deep understanding of key issues, trends, and innovative approaches in technology solutions that support procurement processes and outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate with influence, and achieve strong program outcomes.
- Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to support program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, anticipate priorities, and strategically plan to meet program requirements effectively.
