About Us

At Facto, we partner with leading enterprises across Australia to deliver meaningful digital transformation and ensure technology drives measurable business value. Our people bring expertise, agility, and curiosity to complex, global programs — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who’s ready to make an immediate impact on one of our major ERP initiatives.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for an initial 3-month engagement, supporting a high-profile global ERP migration program for one of our enterprise clients. Sitting within the Supply Chain domain, this role is key to ensuring the technical solution aligns with business goals and project objectives.

This is a fast-paced role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with technical teams and senior business stakeholders based in Australia, Malaysia, and India.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of one Supply Chain workstream within the ERP (Oracle Fusion) implementation.
  • Ensure alignment between solution design and business requirements across Supply Chain functions.
  • Drive execution with precision, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to gather requirements and align solution outcomes.
  • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and resolve issues.
  • Proactively identify challenges and facilitate swift problem-solving.
  • Maintain visibility across technical and business teams to ensure outcome alignment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing ERP projects (ideally Oracle Fusion or similar).
  • Must have experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or Manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of how IT initiatives enable business functions in complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem solving and delivery under tight timelines.
  • Supply Chain experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while navigating global time zones.
