About the role

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who combines technical excellence with a strong product mindset. The role involves building intuitive, high-performance web experiences that turn complex financial data into simple, user-friendly interfaces for business owners in Argentina. Ideal candidates are experts in React/Next.js, design systems, and API integrations, with a sharp eye for design, scalability, and web performance.

• Build and thrive in an early-stage startup environment that will maximize your career growth.
• Be the Lead Frontend Engineer building the future of banking.
• Work closely with the Product and Design teams to implement scalable and high-performance systems and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to integrate and implement backend systems.
• In the near future, build and lead a Frontend team, and soon after, build the v0 of the mobile app.
• Design performant, beautiful, and highly usable interfaces.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with React Native and deploying apps to stores is a plus, but not required.
• A strong eye for design, with extreme attention to detail to build accessible, scalable applications.
• A proactive mindset — constantly proposing ideas, eager to learn new things, and able to take full ownership of the entire frontend area.
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
