Accountabilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using Laravel (v8+) and React
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and work with Inertia.js to connect front-end and back-end components
- Implement authentication, ORM, and database operations using Laravel's Eloquent and Query Builder
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, scalability, and performance of all deliverables
- Participate in code reviews, testing (Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright), and deployment processes
- Maintain high standards for clean, maintainable code while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client goals
- 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel (v8 or higher)
- Solid understanding of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, and Laravel Dusk
- Strong front-end development skills with React (Vue.js or Livewire experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team
- Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
