We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our engineering team. This role is focused on building and maintaining desktop-first applications while also supporting our web platforms and database systems. You'll work closely with other developers, contributing to both new development and customer support.

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our engineering team. This role is focused on building and maintaining desktop-first applications while also supporting our web platforms and database systems. You'll work closely with other developers, contributing to both new development and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop-first applications
- Support and improve existing systems, including bug fixing and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the team on software architecture and system improvements
- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases
- Provide technical triage and support for customer queries (Freshdesk, TeamViewer)
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements and ensure high-quality user experiences
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- 1-3 years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C# or another modern programming language (with willingness to focus on desktop-first
- Proficiency in WPF.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database management
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Visual Basic 6 or ASP.NET
- Experience maintaining or migrating legacy code
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Ability to work independently in a distributed remote team
- Comfort with customer-facing technical support
- Strong collaboration and adaptability
