We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our engineering team. This role is focused on building and maintaining desktop-first applications while also supporting our web platforms and database systems. You'll work closely with other developers, contributing to both new development and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain desktop-first applications
  • Support and improve existing systems, including bug fixing and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the team on software architecture and system improvements
  • Manage and optimize SQL Server databases
  • Provide technical triage and support for customer queries (Freshdesk, TeamViewer)
  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements and ensure high-quality user experiences
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills

  • 1-3 years of software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in C# or another modern programming language (with willingness to focus on desktop-first

development)

  • Proficiency in WPF.
  • Experience with SQL Server and relational database management
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Visual Basic 6 or ASP.NET
  • Experience maintaining or migrating legacy code
  • Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently in a distributed remote team
  • Comfort with customer-facing technical support
  • Strong collaboration and adaptability
