Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Complete project deliverables to satisfy stakeholder requirements
• Control project scope via efficient requirements traceability
• Engage stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment
• Negotiate project conditions and resolve disputes among participants
• Modify project plans in response to changing business and project needs
• Apply best practices of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Break down project scope into achievable tasks and milestones
• Manage budget and expenses to maximize resource efficiency
• Work with product management and business analysts to ensure project objectives are aligned
• Maintain self-motivation and discipline to achieve project targets autonomously
• Support partnership building to enhance project outcomes
• Track operational, financial, and strategic factors influencing projects

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or equivalent roles
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams and delivery processes
• Successful history of completing projects within deadlines
• Knowledge of software engineering methodologies and principles
• Capability to adapt to changing and uncertain environments
• Skilled negotiator able to manage conflicts and reach agreements
• Experience managing backlogs and working with business and functional requirements
• Understanding of organizational operational, financial, and strategic elements
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with technical teams
• Strong self-motivation and discipline for independent work
• Competent in stakeholder management
• Experience handling budget and cost control
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
