We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects, ensuring delivery meets client expectations and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project tasks to guarantee timely completion and quality adherence
  • Complete project deliverables in line with stakeholder requirements
  • Control project scope through accurate requirements traceability
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Negotiate terms and resolve conflicts among project participants
  • Adjust project strategies based on evolving business and project needs
  • Apply best practices within the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Break down project scope into actionable tasks and milestones
  • Manage budget and costs to maximize resource efficiency
  • Work closely with product management and business analysis to align objectives
  • Maintain self-motivation and discipline to achieve project goals independently
  • Support partnership initiatives to enhance project outcomes
  • Track operational, financial, and strategic factors affecting projects

 

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Proven leadership abilities in managing teams and delivery processes
  • Demonstrated success in completing projects on schedule
  • Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and uncertainties
  • Proficient negotiation skills to handle conflicts and reach agreements
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience managing backlogs and working with business and functional requirements
  • Knowledge of organizational operational, financial, and strategic elements
  • Capability to coordinate efficiently with technical personnel
  • Self-driven with strong discipline for independent work
  • Excellent skills in managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in managing budgets and controlling costs

 

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
