Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Finalize project outputs to align with stakeholder expectations
• Manage project scope through effective requirements traceability
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment
• Negotiate project terms and resolve conflicts among involved parties
• Adapt project plans to evolving business and project requirements
• Implement Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices
• Decompose project scope into manageable tasks and milestones
• Oversee budget and cost management to optimize resource use
• Collaborate with product management and business analysis roles to align project goals
• Maintain motivation and discipline to meet project objectives independently
• Facilitate partnership development to support project success
• Monitor operational, financial and strategic aspects impacting projects

Requirements

• Experience in project management or related roles for over 2 years
• Leadership skills in managing project teams and delivery processes
• Proven track record in finalizing and delivering projects on time
• Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
• Adaptability to navigate change and uncertainty effectively
• Negotiation skills to manage conflicts and achieve compromises
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
• Experience in backlog management and working with business and functional requirements
• Understanding of operational, financial and strategic aspects of organizations
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams
• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience with budget and cost management
