Responsibilities
- Develop AI models focused on personalization and recommendation systems
- Design and enhance data ETL pipelines for AI use cases
- Leverage Azure OpenAI Service features to improve AI capabilities
- Perform prompt engineering to optimize generative AI results
- Incorporate Retrieval-Augmented Generation methods into AI processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the POC scope
- Prepare and preprocess data sets to train and evaluate AI models
- Document AI development processes and findings to maintain reproducibility
- Track AI model effectiveness and recommend enhancements
- Assist in deploying and maintaining AI models in production settings
Requirements
- Professional experience in Data Science with over 3 years relevant work
- Proficient knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service in AI project implementations
- Understanding of Data Software Engineering concepts and applications
- Solid grasp of Generative AI Fundamentals and Prompt Engineering techniques
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Natural Language Processing
- Capability to design and implement content ETL for AI models
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with personalization and recommendation system development
- Familiarity with certification data management and integration
- Knowledge of workflows in AI proof of concept projects
