Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Owner to take full ownership of our shop and carrier connection ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products evolve, ensuring smooth integrations, and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on translating complex requirements into tangible outcomes and driving initiatives end-to-end.

Job Requirements

Professional Requirements

  • Min 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Implementation Lead, preferably in the logistics or fulfillment domain.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, Agile/Scrum framework, and backlog management.
  • Proven experience creating and managing epics, features, and user stories, and defining clear acceptance criteria.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization, including stakeholder alignment and trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable and deliverable items.
  • Solid technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Awareness of design and technical constraints to balance feasibility and business value.
  • Familiarity with key metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in presenting initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English required.

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design and usability principles.
  • Experience with product discovery (user interviews, A/B testing, validation).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Slack, and Figma.
  • Passion for e-commerce and logistics technologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve shop and carrier integrations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
  • Review external documentation and proactively define tasks to maintain compatibility and performance.
  • Drive implementation of new features and integration improvements in collaboration with engineering.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders (clients, carrier/shop partners) and manage expectations.
  • Serve as the connector between Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and the Development Team - ensuring priorities and goals are aligned.
  • Define, document, and communicate product requirements, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide second-line support, ensuring user issues are properly analyzed, documented, and resolved.
  • Lead backlog refinement, define priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the product vision and roadmap.
  • Actively participate in roadmap planning and strategic product discussions.

For this position we offer an attractive and performance-related gross monthly salary, which is based on professional experience and existing qualifications. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2.663,50 gross per month on a full-time basis.
