We're looking for a proactive Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing



  • Act as the key interface between Product Management and technical teams to collect, define, and document product requirements

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams—software, hardware, firmware, and mechanical—through the full product lifecycle

  • Create and maintain clear system- and product-level documentation

  • Contribute to system and product architecture evolution

  • Support and optimize new development tools and processes

  • Ensure smooth alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives, and product vision


Requirements

What You Bring to the Team



  • Deep technical background in software, electronics, or mechatronics

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering

  • A track record of managing technical or product development projects

  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

  • Clear communicator and coordinator across technical/non-technical teams

  • Fluent English skills (German a plus)


Nice to Have



  • Advanced knowledge of electronics and PCB design

  • Understanding of software development principles

  • Experience in manufacturing and production environments

  • Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Background in consumer electronics, embedded systems, or wearables

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly.
