Your Role:

• Evaluate & Optimise: Assess the platform’s capabilities, infrastructure, and app for improvement.
• Strategise for Growth: Create a roadmap for scalability, reliability, and market readiness.
• Collaborate & Align: Work with product leaders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Lead Remote Teams: Mentor developers and ensure best practices for platform optimisation.
• Launch Success: Oversee final development stages to ensure a seamless product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and document technical specifications for live-streaming features.
• Conduct code reviews and manage AWS-based deployment processes.
• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for distributed teams.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to remote developers.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise in live-streaming technologies and scalable systems.
• Technical skills in React, .NET, React Native, and AWS.
• 3+ years leading remote teams with a focus on engagement and performance.
