Scope :
The expert will support the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform, with a specific focus on integrations and CMDB data quality.
Daily tasks :
- Perform general administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user, role, and configuration management.
- Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems, ensuring reliability, security, and proper data exchange.
- Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with CSDM principles.
- Manage incident resolution and request fulfilment, escalating issues when needed and ensuring compliance with change management processes.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to platform configuration, integrations, and infrastructure components.
- Liaise with stakeholders and support testing and deployment of new features, integrations, and upgrades.
Expertise required :
- Proven ServiceNow administration experience, with emphasis on integrations and CMDB management.
- Solid understanding of ITSM and CSDM principles.
- Experience drafting technical documentation and end-user materials.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent certification).
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification, or commitment to obtain it within 3 months of contract start.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and platform stability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Relevant Professional Experience
