About the Company

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to help design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions that drive meaningful change in the medical technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models to support diagnostic tools, predictive analytics, and patient monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers to develop solutions that enhance medical decision-making and patient care.
• Research and apply cutting-edge techniques in computer vision, natural language processing, and predictive modeling to healthcare data.
• Ensure models meet data privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards (GDPR, MDR, etc.).
• Optimize algorithms for scalability and integration into MedTech platforms.
• Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance through validation and retraining.
• Document processes, findings, and model decisions with clarity and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ML models
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
