POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Lead Odoo projects from requirements definition through deployment, defining schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze several projects status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Responsible for the smooth running of the project from start to finish

YOUR PROFILE

• Master studies in a related area (Business Management, Computer Sciences, Engineering, ...)
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience with at least one experience in ERP implementation
• Fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
• Certification in Project Management as Agile/Scrum/Prince II, ...
• An experience with Odoo is a plus
• Rigorous work ethic
• Independent and fast learner
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Hands-on and energetic personality with a positive attitude
