We are now looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security strategy, governance, and enablement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Siili and our clients innovate securely — balancing internal leadership with client-facing collaboration in an AI-driven world.

Location: Helsinki, Finland, Wroclaw, (Poland)

What you’ll do

You’ll lead how Siili makes AI real — securely.

As our CISO, you’ll transform security into a driver of growth and trust — for Siili and our clients.

You’ll shape and execute our security vision, aligning governance, culture, and technology with business goals. You’ll partner with leadership to ensure security accelerates innovation, not slow it down. You’ll oversee external and customer audits (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 42001) and make sure we stay one step ahead — always ready, compliant, and improving.

Beyond Siili, you’ll empower our clients to innovate securely, guiding them in strategic security discussions and helping them turn responsibility into competitive advantage. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, turning risks into confidence and compliance into value.

In short: you’ll make security a catalyst for real, responsible innovation.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a security leader with drive, curiosity, and a modern business mindset. You know security — but you also understand people, business, and technology.

If you recognize yourself in most of these, we’d love to meet you:

• Experience leading or driving security work — as a CISO, Head of Security, or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Comfortable balancing internal security leadership with client collaboration.
• Great communicator who can simplify complex topics and inspire confidence.
• Forward-thinking attitude — eager to learn, grow, and lead in an AI-powered consulting environment.
