Role Overview

We are seeking a data analyst with a strong AI-native mindset to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. This role blends analytical rigor with modern tooling, enabling the analyst to support AI-enabled services, automation, and decision intelligence across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Insight Generation: Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategy and AI use cases.
  • AI-Ready Analytics: Prepare and curate datasets for Generative AI and predictive modeling, ensuring quality, relevance, and compliance.
  • Visualization & Storytelling: Build compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Databricks to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, product owners, and business teams to translate analytical findings into operational improvements.
  • Governance & Quality: Apply data governance principles to ensure accuracy, lineage, and trust in analytical outputs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance of analytics solutions and iterate based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, AWS (Athena, S3, Glue), and cloud-native analytics workflows.
  • Understanding of Generative AI data preparation and prompt engineering basics.
  • Business acumen: ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
  • Consultative mindset: skilled in stakeholder engagement and translating needs into analytical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives through data readiness and insight generation.
  • Proven track record supporting business with business analytics
  • Exposure to agentic workflows and AI-native service design.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and data democratization strategies.
