Digital Product Owner

Work model: Hybrid (three days on site in Paris, two remote). Contract type: CDI permanent role directly with Sanofi, not open to freelance.

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire a Digital Product Owner within the R&D Accelerator. This is a brand new role, created to lead one of Sanofi’s most ambitious digital products: the Digital Patient Twin.

This platform has the potential to transform clinical development by enabling in-silico trials and making personalised medicine a reality. By drawing on multimodal data from past clinical trials, real world evidence, EHR and literature, the Digital Patient Twin will allow teams to simulate efficacy, safety, dosage optimisation and study design choices before real patients are involved.

As Product Owner you will take ownership of the vision and strategy. You will work closely with scientists, engineers and clinical experts, balancing their knowledge with digital innovation to create a product that changes the way therapies are developed.

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and priorities, always linking decisions to business and pipeline value
• Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data engineers, CX researchers and UX designers, growing to 10–12 people over the coming months
• Partner with senior scientific stakeholders, earning their trust and guiding discussions with facts, composure and curiosity
• Bring creativity and fresh thinking to complex challenges, looking beyond initial requests to uncover real value
• Champion agile delivery, ensuring features are prioritised, resources managed and outcomes achieved

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager building complex digital products from the ground up
• The ability to shape vision, not just deliver tasks
• Confidence and humility in equal measure, with the presence to engage senior experts and leaders
• Curiosity, creativity and resilience when challenged
• Comfort working in technical and data-driven environments, ideally with exposure to AI or GenAI
• Scientific background in biology, computational science or pharmacology is a strong plus, but not mandatory
• Fluent English
