What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process – from research to high-fidelity UI and usability testing.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems for consistent, elegant user experiences.
• Turn complex data and workflows into clean, engaging interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

What You Bring

• 5+ years designing complex digital products (BI, FinTech, SaaS, SCM, etc.).
• A strong portfolio showing your design process and problem-solving mindset.
• Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, plus Miro and Jira.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• A data-driven approach and love for designing systems that scale.
• Fluent English, German is a plus.
