As a Business Intelligence Expert at SENSORY-MINDS, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights that drive smart decisions. Your work helps us and our clients understand what really matters — from user behaviour and conversions to overall business performance. With a critical and curious mindset, you’ll make sure that our digital products don’t just look good — they deliver measurable results.

What will your job be?

• Collect, structure and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover patterns
• Interpret numbers and translate them into actionable recommendations for management and clients
• Evaluate the economic viability and performance of projects based on key metrics
• Act as a challenger for clients — questioning ideas, validating assumptions and backing strategies with data and numbers
• Use tools like Google Analytics (or similar) to measure, compare and optimize performance
• View KPIs across departments and projects to identify overarching insights and success factors
• Define and refine the metrics that truly indicate whether a product or app is successful
• Be a sparring partner for our project managers, our management and for our clients — turning data into a dialogue and a direction
