- Develop and execute IT strategy supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
- Oversee network infrastructure, cloud systems, and core business applications.

- Implement cybersecurity frameworks and ensure data protection compliance (GDPR).
- Lead system integrations, upgrades, and standardisation across departments.
- Manage IT operations, including support processes, hardware/software assets, and third-party providers.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring value and service quality.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, tracking operational and capital expenditures.
- Support technology planning and implementation for new projects or business units.
