Senior IT Risk & Compliance Manager
Permanent, 39 hours per week
Dublin 12, (Hybrid Working model)
Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the CIO we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior IT Risk & Compliance Manager for our IT group to support our organisation's risk management and compliance efforts. This role involves assessing IT risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, implementing compliance strategies and collaborating with Risk & Corporate Governance functions across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus.
- 8 plus years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with IT leadership and across the IT function to ensure that IT Risk & Compliance frameworks and strategy aligns with regulations and Rehab Group's strategic goals and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and conduct IT audits and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with the IT function, Corporate Governance functions and senior leaders across the organisation to define and implement risk strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners and vendor
