O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Assistant Project Manager for our client a project management/engineering consultancy company based in North Dublin. The successful candiadte will assist with a multi-million euro apartment building project in Dublin.

📋Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
• Support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Assist in site meetings and preparation of reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standard.

✅Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally a Civil/Structural Engineering Degree but a Building Surveyor or Architectural Technologist background may also be suitable.
• Ideally 3+ years relevant client side / consultancy experience.
• Strong technical understanding in design, construction and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of building facades and roofing works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Requires an excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
