MHC Aviation is seeking an AI focused Software Engineer to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that enhance real-world aviation operations. In this hands-on, office-based role, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges, elevate code quality, and lead projects from concept through deployment. This position is ideal for a driven engineer eager to see their innovations make a tangible impact on aviation efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and incorporate AI technologies into the software.

• Write high-quality code implementing requested business requirements.

• Improve existing code: typing, separation of concerns, DRY, and performance.

• Create/improve user-friendly responsive look-and-feel for the web application.

• Make code reviews to fellow developers.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Neural Networks fundamentals (attention mechanisms, perceptron’s, computing gradients, etc.).

• At least 3 years of experience as Software Engineer with any programming language.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in TypeScript

• Experience with Node.js

• Experience with React

• Experience with C#/.NET
