We are expanding our product portfolio and are looking for a Product Manager for accessories and complementary product lines, with a focus on our sonar and boat-related products. This role will own the development of accessories that enhance and expand our connected fishing ecosystem. It’s an exciting opportunity to shape the future of connected fishing experiences through innovative accessory products and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and own the product roadmap, develop clear priorities, and guide the product through all lifecycle stages.
• Craft and execute portfolio strategies, oversee marketing, product lifecycle management, and pricing to ensure competitive and profitable growth.
• Align development with business goals and customer needs, ensuring each feature delivers real value.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and technology developments to propose new products and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Commerce, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering to drive product success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 or more years of experience in product management, preferably with hardware or consumer electronics.
• Proven experience in lifecycle management, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience managing cross-functional and/or international teams.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and outdoor products (fishing or marine tech a plus).

Compensation

Fixed salary depending on experience: 2900-3500€ gross/month + annual bonuses.
