Your Role
Within the Business Technology Team, you integrate into an established project team of 11 people.
As part of the Team, you will:
- Collaborate with business leaders and end-users to define requirements and ensure applications meet organizational and operational needs.
- Support end user for any application questions or issues.
- Oversee the application functionalities.
- Collaborate with Application manager for any issues linked with the health and maintenance tasks.
- Support release management with external provider, technical team, tester and internal users.
- Organize and coordinate the releases tests,
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for application functionalities, workflows and user guides.
Your profile
- Bachelor of software engineering or equivalent,
- Knowledge in the application maintenance,
- Structured and organized person,
- Technical competencies as IT architecture or integration will be an asset,
- Knowledge in Insurance or Fund industry would be an asset,
- A first experience within release and tests management would be an asset,
- Independent, able to take initiative and to assess a problem autonomously,
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
