🧠What You’ll Do

As an IT Project Manager Digital Marketing & Technology your challenges will include:

• Coordinate and monitor technology projects related to Digital Marketing, such as websites, digital campaigns, and AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners (system integrators, tech vendors) and digital agencies to ensure seamless integration within the client’s IT ecosystem.
• Serve as the technological entry point for external agencies, preventing them from navigating the complex corporate IT structure independently.
• Coordinate internal IT resources, such as cloud infrastructure (AWS), cybersecurity, and procurement, according to project needs.
• Support the Digital Excellence Unit in campaign execution and in evaluating innovative solutions.
• Promote awareness of target architectures, IT processes, and company tools among international stakeholders, particularly in Luxembourg.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of experience managing marketing and digital projects, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
• Experience coordinating heterogeneous teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in structured environments.
• Solid experience in Digital/Web project management.
• Familiarity with IT provisioning, distributed architectures, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in multinational environments and in managing relationships with international stakeholders.

📍 Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
