React Developer

We’re looking for an experienced React Developer to modularly improve a youth-focused website and boost conversions based on a comprehensive UX audit. You’ll collaborate closely with a UX/UI designer to enhance the experience for two primary audiences: young people and their parents.

What you’ll do

• Implement modular improvements to the website driven by UX audit findings.
• Partner with a UX/UI designer to address identified issues and optimize conversion flows.
• Design and implement responsive, component-based UIs across breakpoints.
• Ensure accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals) and SEO (technical + on-page).

What you bring

• Technical expertise: Solid experience with React and modern front-end development (componentization, state management, routing, build tooling).
• Collaboration: Comfortable working hand-in-hand with a UX/UI designer and stakeholders to hit agreed milestones.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility, browser compatibility, performance optimization, and SEO fundamentals.
