Ready to step up and lead a talented .NET team while still staying close to the code?

Join a global software company (700+ tech professionals) in their growing Utrecht office and take ownership of a modern SaaS platform for the hospitality industry — used by restaurants worldwide to manage recipes, logistics, and staff scheduling.

You’ll guide a team through a migration to .NET 8 in a fully automated Azure environment, while shaping the architecture and leading developers in both the Netherlands and Macedonia. Expect roughly 40% hands-on coding/architecture and 60% leadership, strategy, and stakeholder work.

Tech stack: .NET 8, C#, Angular 18, MS SQL, Azure, CI/CD with Azure DevOps.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years’ experience in .NET/C# development
• Experience with web applications and cloud (Azure preferred)
• Leadership mindset — ready for a path to Development Manager
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

• Salary up to €88,000 base (incl. 13th month & holiday pay)
