For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced AI Python Developer for a long contract based in Houten, Utrecht, Netherlands.

Role:
The AI squad continuously develops and improves a Data Science and GenAI platform, enhancing system and client interactions with automated and personalized services.
As a Senior Fullstack AI Python Developer, the candidate will join a new agile squad to conceive, design, and implement technical solutions based on Generative AI. Collaboration with squad members and external teams is key, along with the ability to propose innovative, resilient, and scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience:
5–8 years with strong background in Python development and production-ready deployment, including Generative AI experience.
Mandatory Coding Skills:
- Python 3, FastAPI, Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, Jupyter
- Angular 15, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, SASS
- SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins
- Unit and integration test development
Desired Coding Skills:
- LLM-based libraries: LangChain, PyTorch, GPT, Transformers
- Streamlit, PySpark, TensorFlow, python-pptx, docs, openpyxl
- RAG, Agentic AI knowledge
- ElasticSearch, OAuth2, Design System integration
- Java (15), SpringBoot (2), Kotlin, RestAssured, Tailwind, Kafka
Other Technical Skills:
- Technical solution design aligned with product needs
- Refactoring and continuous improvement mindset
- Methodologies: DDD, TDD, BDD, Clean Code, SOLID
- REST, Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Advocate of pair programming
Architecture & Infrastructure:
- Data/ML solution architecture
- Cloud and/or on-premise environment experience
- Scalability and high availability principles
- DevOps / MLOps:
- CI/CD (Jenkins or equivalent)
- Containerization (Docker), Orchestration (Kubernetes, Tanzu)
- Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana)
