The company is now seeking a (Senior) Manager – HR Transformation to lead large-scale organizational change programs focused on modernizing HR strategies, processes, and operating models.
Role Overview
The (Senior) Manager in HR Transformation will play a central role in designing and implementing people-centered transformation programs. Working closely with clients, this person will define HR transformation strategies, redesign operating models, and lead the successful delivery of change initiatives that support the broader business goals.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human behavior, helping organizations evolve their HR function to meet modern workforce expectations.
Key Responsibilities
→ Lead and deliver complex HR transformation programs, from strategy design to implementation.
→ Define and optimize HR operating models, processes, and governance structures.
→ Manage organizational change initiatives, including workforce planning and capability building.
→ Guide clients through workforce challenges such as digital adoption, new ways of working, and leadership development.
→ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple industries.
→ Manage and mentor consulting teams, supporting both project success and individual growth.
→ Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the HR transformation practice.
→ Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies in HR, workforce management, and digital transformation.
Candidate Profile
→ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Economics, or a numerical discipline.
→ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, including at least 3 years leading HR transformation projects.
→ Proven experience designing and implementing HR strategies, operating models, or change programs.
→ Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
→ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
→ Commercial acumen and experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
→ Fluent in Dutch and English.
→ A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for people and transformation.
