EMEA Recruitment is working with an international manufacturing organization with a deep history to recruit a HR Generalist for the Netherlands site.


As the HR Generalist, you will be a first point of contact in the HR function, supporting the full employee life cycle. You'll also have an interest in HR analytics and how data can help a business make better decisions.


This is a great opportunity for someone with ambitions to move into a HR Business Partnering role in the future.


Responsibilities of HR Generalist:

  • Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR data in our systems and dashboards
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absence, performance) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare HR reports and translate data into actionable insights for management
  • Support learning, development, and performance review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law, CLA, and internal HR policies
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives


Experience required:

  • Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with HR data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or HRIS systems)
  • Good knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
