UX/UI Designer

Present in Portugal since 1995, it provides personalized advice to customers and partners with flexible, transparent credit solutions adapted to their needs.

Mission:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for both B2C and B2B clients. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our digital products are user-centric, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. Your mission is to transform complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions that delight users and drive business success across all segments. Additionally, you will maintain product manuals and documentation, ensuring all journey updates are clearly recorded and communicated.

Responsibilities/Activities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience;

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering;

• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs;

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital assets and platforms;

• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to all users;

• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices;

• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies;

• Work with external partners and service providers when necessary.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design projects;

• Proficiency in Figma for all design and prototyping activities;

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards;

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies;

• Good English and Portuguese (preferable) oral and written skills.
