HR ASSISTANT - LEARNING SPECIALIST (M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist, to join the team of Human Resources Operations - Resorts

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational training needs analysis.
• Coordinate and implement an operational training plan in alignment with the Group’s learning strategy and local business priorities
• Design, organise, and facilitate training sessions in-person for operational teams
• Manage relationships with training providers and oversee administrative processes (contracts, attendance, reporting)
• Monitor learning KPIs (training hours, participation rate, completion rate) and report progress of the mentioned KPIs
• Support hotel openings and transformation projects within operations

Key Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• A degree in Human Resources or Education,
• Proven experience delivering and facilitating training sessions, ideally within hospitality or service industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across different levels of the organisation
• Proactive, Hands On and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment,
• Availability for frequent travel
