We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, and rollout projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with deep understanding of SAP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation and migration projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business) as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and monitor project plans, risk assessments, milestones, and communication strategies.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and organizational project management methodologies.
• Track key project KPIs, prepare progress and performance reports for senior management.
• Foster continuous improvement, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied across projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including proven track record managing SAP projects (implementations, migrations, and rollouts).
• Solid functional and technical knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, or others).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master) is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written); other languages are an asset.
