The amazing you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a delivery-focused position;
• Strong background in object-oriented programming (C# or Java) and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell);
• Solid hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase);
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and familiarity with collaborative tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Git);
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration tools (Jenkins, XLDeploy, Control-M, Airflow);
• Knowledge of TDD/BDD practices and a keen eye for automation and process optimization;
• Ability to negotiate, plan, and manage release activities, ensuring smooth pre-production and delivery cycles;
• Experience analyzing discrepancies between test and production environments, and preparing delivery packages for production teams;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey release details and schedules to stakeholders;
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum); French is highly valued;
• Financial knowledge or experience in banking environments is a strong plus;
• A proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, always striving to enhance efficiency and stability.
