We are looking for a skilled iOS Architect to lead the design and development of high-performance, secure, and scalable industrial mobile applications. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5+ years of experience as an iOS architect, designing and building enterprise-grade mobile applications in Swift.
• Proven expertise in mobile application architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, VIPER, MVVM, and modular design.
• Strong background in industrial or B2B technology environments, with experience handling security, offline functionality, data synchronization, and enterprise integration.
• Deep understanding of iOS frameworks, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, and defining mobile development standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, testing strategies (unit, UI, integration), and App Store deployment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills — able to bridge technical and business needs.

• Lead the technical architecture and design of complex iOS applications for industrial clients.
• Define and implement scalable, modular, and maintainable iOS solutions using best practices in architecture and code quality.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise requirements, including security protocols, offline capabilities, and integration with backend systems.
• Mentor and guide development teams, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, UX, product owners) to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve app performance, security, and developer productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in mobile development processes, including testing, monitoring, and deployment.
