About the Role
As HR Analytics & Reporting Manager, you’ll be the bridge between HR, Finance, and business leadership and be transforming people data into decisions that help to shape the organization’s future. You’ll lead the design of HR dashboards and reports, monitor workforce trends, and provide actionable insights on headcount, personnel costs, and HR performance.
This role offers the opportunity to influence workforce strategy, optimize data-driven decision-making, and enhance the HR analytics capability across the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports on workforce trends and personnel costs.
- Monitor and control HR budgets, headcounts and overtime hours.
- Partner with Finance on HR forecasts, budgeting and workforce planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Swiss labour and data protection regulations.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement in HR reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Controlling, HR Analytics, or Financial Controlling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with HRIS/ERP systems
- Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of payroll process and Swiss labour regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Agile, conscientious, and precise personality with a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German.
