Role Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder CTO (Developer in AI/Blockchain/Big Data) to join GraCity. This is a part-time hybrid role located in Madrid, with the flexibility of some remote work. The CTO will oversee the technical direction of the company, lead the architecture and development of our AI, Blockchain, and Big Data projects, and play a key role in the strategic growth of GraCity.

This position offers up to 15% equity over 3 years (vesting schedule to be discussed), reflecting the importance of the CTO’s contribution to the company’s long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise as a Fullstack Developer with a strong background in AI, Blockchain and Big Data technologies
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale technical solutions in a fast-paced startup environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and innovate
• Previous experience in a CTO or technical leadership role is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Strong portfolio of previous successful projects/products (preferably in AI, Blockchain or data-driven applications)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage tech teams and collaborate with co-founders
