Blockchain Developer – Freelance

This role involves restoring and expanding a blockchain-based platform that connects farmers and consumers, enhancing transparency and efficiency in agricultural commerce. The platform leverages decentralized data management to promote fair trade and direct transactions. The ideal candidate will address current technical issues, ensure platform stability, and contribute to scaling the solution for a global audience. This is a contract, part-time opportunity for an experienced backend developer with blockchain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues preventing platform functionality
• Restore full operational capability of the blockchain platform
• Implement improvements to enhance scalability and security

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development with blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in smart contract development and deployment
• Expertise in decentralized data management and distributed ledger systems
• Solid understanding of security best practices in blockchain applications
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable backend architectures
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver robust solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Availability for part-time, contract-based work
