🔧 The Role: As our SRE, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our platform maintains its reputation for rock-solid reliability. This isn't just about keeping the lights on – it's about building and maintaining systems that scale seamlessly and recover automatically.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing pipelines across microservices.
  • Define and measure SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical services.
  • Create dashboards and alerts that provide actionable visibility into system health.
  • Automate operational tasks and improve deployment reliability through GitOps and IaC.
  • Partner with developers to instrument applications and improve performance insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of observability standards and reliability practices.


What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
  • Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Dynatrace, or similar).
  • Practical knowledge of SRE principles — SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, automation.
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, etc.).
  • Good grasp of distributed systems, networking, and performance metrics.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AWS services such as EKS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, DocumentDB, Redis, or MSK.
  • Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, FluxCD) and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience working with DevOps or cloud platform teams in high-availability environments.
