Global Project Manager – Product Development & Lifecycle


Your Responsibilities

  • Design and manage project structures for product development and lifecycle activities, including communication strategies, schedules, resource allocation, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans with clear dependencies, resource needs, and financials to support effective team collaboration.
  • Apply established project management practices, lead milestone and capacity reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Choose and implement suitable project methodologies, blending agile and traditional approaches depending on team and stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate meetings and knowledge exchange across teams and chapters to boost project efficiency and delivery quality.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), or outcome-based planning metrics to track progress and impact.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to project teams and stakeholders, offering insights on risk management, scenario planning, and critical path analysis to maximize value delivery.
  • Identify risks and potential delays, assess their impact on scope, budget, and timeline, and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide relevant planning data to support decision-making at portfolio and lifecycle levels, and serve as Agile Program Manager (based on SAFe framework) when applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with chapter leads, functional partners, finance, analytics, and portfolio management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Mentor team members, support skill development, and offer constructive feedback to foster growth and performance.
  • Suggest improvements and contribute to the evolution of project management practices within the organization.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management within diagnostics, MedTech, pharma, or food industries
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Planisware, or similar project planning platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Certifications such as PMP, SCRUM, or Agile are an asset
  • German language skills are beneficial
