Business Analyst

Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Senior Engineer / Business Analyst to be based at our office/ our customer’s site in Stockholm.

The Role:

As a Senior Engineer / Business Analyst within PLM organisation, you will be part of an agile delivery team responsible for developing and maintaining the CAD/vPDM platform. Acting as a vital link between business and IT, you will gather, analyse, and translate user needs into actionable requirements. Your primary focus will be supporting transition from CATIA/ENOVIA V5 to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with a particular emphasis on Engineering Change Management (ECM).

Area of Responsibility

• Lead the development and support of methods and processes within 3DEXPERIENCE ECM.
• Define and improve system capabilities in the following areas:
• Maturity Management: Ensure accurate product status throughout the design lifecycle.
• Lifecycle Management: Structure data evolution from creation to release.
• Version Control: Maintain traceability and consistency across product revisions.
• Change Note Documentation: Support structured recording of engineering changes.
• Review & Approval Workflows: Enable controlled review and release of product data.
• Collaborate with process owners, system developers, and designers to align tools.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories for agile development.
• Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of PLM solutions.

Knowledge / Experience

Essential Skills:

• Experience in PLM/CAD systems, preferably Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and data lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Meriting Skills:

• Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE modules such as Technical Documentation or Mechanical Design.
• Knowledge of ECM processes and standards in automotive or industrial operations.
