Your Role
As a Data Scientist, you'll:
✨ Develop AI applications using state-of-the-art Gen AI technology.
✨ Translate business challenges into AI solutions.
✨ Deploy reliable, scalable prototypes to production with IT support.
✨ Explore data to identify high-value use cases.
✨ Pilot prototypes and present impactful results to cross-functional teams.
✨ Collaborate closely with business experts, IT, and fellow Data Scientists
What You Bring
🎓 Education:
- PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field (AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a business environment.
🔧 Skills:
- Expertise in Python and Gen AI ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Technology (mandatory).
- Familiarity with LLMs and libraries like Langchain or Llamaindex.
- Proficiency in end-to-end AI project life cycles:
- Translating business needs into data requirements.
- Data exploration, feature engineering, and model development.
- Deploying AI applications to production.
- Bonus: Experience with MLOps (e.g., Airflow, GitLab CI/CD) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
